Arleen P. Mariotti, Ph.D.

Arleen P. Mariotti, Ph.D., is an educator, published author, and artist. Arleen currently serves as Secretary of the Board, and is an instructor with the LEC in acrylic painting and creative writing. She received her BA and M.Ed. from the University of Florida and her Ph.D. in literacy education from the University of South Florida. Now retired, she leads Tampa Bay area writing groups and provides LEC outreach art classes at area assisted living facilities and Adult Day Care centers.
